Important information:

Cut off date for special-rate hotel reservation is January 24, 2000 (12:00 noon
Eastern Time).

All hotel rates include Israeli buffet breakfast.

The special rates apply at least three days prior and three days after
Infocom 2000 dates, based on availability to accommodate those who wish
to extend their visits.

Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

Standard rooms are on lower floors.
-
Deluxe rooms are on high floors and are luxurious renovated rooms.

Executive rooms are on top floors and are luxurious renovated rooms
with separate check in on the 18th floor. Possibility of private line for
telephone & direct fax to room. Free access to Carmel Lounge, located
on top floor, which offers refreshments throughout the day.

Deluxe and executive rooms will be allocated upon availability.

One child (less than 18 years old) stays free when sharing the parents
room (bed and breakfast basis).

All requests for accommodation must be accompanied by 1 night deposit
per room in order to guarantee the reservation.

The balance of the reservation must be paid to ESHET by March 1st.
If the deposit was paid by credit card, the balance due will be charged
automatically on March 1st to the same credit card, unless advised
otherwise.

A reservation is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Once payment is received by ESHET, a confirmation letter will be issued
and sent to the participant.

A guaranteed reservation is held until 6:00am the following
morning.

ESHET will allow name changes in a reservation without any penalty.

ESHET will not charge an early departure fee. However, guests should
make every effort to inform ESHET and the hotel in advance of any changes
to their planned length of stay.

Rates are inclusive of applicable tax for foreigners and exclusive of
VAT for Israeli participants, who should add 17% VAT to the above rates.
Cancellation and refund
policy:

Should a participant cancel a reservation,
deposit will be refunded by ESHET if notice is received at least three
days prior to the check-in date.

For a cancellation to be eligible for the appropriate refund, it
has to be notified to ESHET according to the above given time and
confirmed back to the participant. Note that it is the
participant responsibility to make sure that ESHET got the
cancellation notification on time.
